The New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) Agency and the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation ACP-EU (CTA) jointly celebrates NEPAD's 10th Anniversary.
In the context of reflecting over the advancement of the African development agenda, both institutions are organizing an essay competition on the topic; "Looking at ICTs and entrepreneurship in agriculture and rural development through the eyes of women and the youth"
